My research centres on exploring treatment options for complex posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I am primarily focusing assessing a phase-based approach and Internal Family Systems therapy. My goal is to help co-design with therapists and clients an effective, acceptable and low cost phase-based treatment option for individuals with complex PTSD
