I have recently completed my PhD in Clinical Psychology at Swinburne University of Technology.
My research focuses on exploring treatment options for complex PTSD. Specifically I am assessing the acceptability and feasibility of a phase-based approach for women who have experienced complex trauma. I am also investigating the impact of trauma on our inner world, through the framework of Internal Family Systems therapy.
I work part-time as a Research Psychologist at Monash Alfred Psychiatry Research Centre in clinical trials, examining novel pharmacological treatments for schizophrenia, depression and borderline personality disorder.
I also work as a research assistant, developing a novel web-based intervention for eating disorders as well as exploring weight-based stigma in social media.
I am additionally working part-time as a psychologist at Inner Melbourne Clinical Psychology.
